PFC’s goal is to provide customers with purchased product in a timely matter. In most cases, you can expect the order to ship within a few business days of the transaction completing and funds being released. For all non NFA items, order processing time can take up to 5-7 business days. This processing time is effected by current inventory, date/time transaction is received, and processing of the payment.

For all NFA items requiring FFL transfers, the NFA item will be shipped to the authorized FFL dealer upon receiving transfer approval from the ATF. This time varies from a few days to weeks and is out of PFC’s control for ATF processing. Upon ATF transfer approval and the authorized FFL dealer receiving the NFA item, the FFL dealer in possession of the NFA item will contact the customer to begin the Form 4 application.

For all NFA items purchased by Florida residents and picked up from our office, the NFA item will be held by PFC until the ATF approves the tax stamp application. This time varies typically from 6-18 months and is out of PFC’s control. Upon ATF approving the application, the NFA item will be released to the customer after processing the background check for the firearm.


For Warranty of products sold by PFC but not manufactured or branded by PFC, please contact the original equipment manufacturer to initiate and follow their warranty process.


All PFC branded products carry a limited lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects. Damage of the product due to operator negligence will not be covered under warranty. However, PFC will always offer to repair the product for a fee if the product is repairable.

For warranty of PFC branded products, please send requests to INFO@PFC-FL.COM to initiate the process and obtain an RMA prior to shipping any items to our office.


Returns can be requested up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests made after the 30 days will not be approved for exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Product must be in original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to the nature of firearm suppressors and the NFA regulations surrounding them. Therefore, all NFA item sales such as short barrel rifles or silencers are final.

Firearm accessories (optics, muzzle devices, handguards, etc.) may be returned for a full refund as long as the products are received in their unused and original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To initiate the return request, please contact us at INFO@PFC-FL.COM to receive an RMA and return instructions. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, any shipping cost from the purchase of the item(s) will be deducted from the refund. A restocking fee of 10% of the item(s) cost may be applied to a refund or exchange.


Return shipping address will be provided during the RMA process. Shipping of return items to PFC is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that all return shipping of item value over $100 be insured and tracked by the carrier. PFC is not responsible for return items that are not received by our office.

All RMA returns must have the RMA number written on the outside of the shipping box. To expedite handling of the return, please ensure the RMA number is legible, in large print and clearly marked as the RMA number (i.e. RMA – XXXXXX). Processing of the RMA can take up to 3 business days. The customer will be notified once the RMA is processed.


All suppressors are subject to all state and national laws including all NFA and BATF rules and regulations. All NFA items purchased are required to be transferred through a registered FFL dealer who is a Class III Special Operational Taxpayer. The purchaser of a firearm suppressor is responsible for all NFA tax stamps and dealer transfer fees that may apply. A copy of both the FFL and SOT of the transferring party will be required at the time of purchase to complete the transaction. Non NFA restricted items may be shipped to any residential or business address as long as they are legal in state in which they reside.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs); To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you); To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs); To process transactions Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.; To send periodic emails The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.


We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.


Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and understand and save your preferences for future visits.


We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.


Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
